1. Service Offerings

LaunchBooks Hub provides specialized support for startup account management. Our services include tailored sessions to organize records, set up ledgers, and guide reporting processes for early-stage ventures.

2. Scheduling and Changes

Clients may request to reschedule a service at no extra fee if the request is submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours may incur additional charges or be subject to availability.

3. Service Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation Window: Services are eligible for full reimbursement if cancellation is requested at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled date. After this period no reimbursement will be issued due to preparatory work and resource allocation.

3.2 Refund Process: Approved reimbursement requests will be processed within 14 calendar days to the original form of settlement.

4. Digital Products

Digital products include downloadable guides, templates, and webinar access.

4.1 Digital Product Reimbursement

A full reimbursement may be requested within 5 calendar days of purchase provided the digital content has not been accessed or downloaded. No reimbursement will be offered once access has been granted.

5. Physical Goods

Our physical goods consist of branded stationery and printed materials.

5.1 Goods Reimbursement

Unused goods may be sent back within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full reimbursement of the item cost. Clients are responsible for shipment back to our address. Items must be in original condition.

6. No Reimbursement Notice

Certain consultations or customized engagements may explicitly exclude reimbursement due to bespoke preparation. Such exclusions will be clearly stated in the service agreement prior to engagement.
